Walking dead (2) ps4 - unable to find save from season 1 season 1 ends and the choices are not that important, atleast they dont affect the game majorly. season 2 on the other hand without spoilers will affect season 3 drastically! are we to sit on our hands and hope that our choices for whom we decided to go with at the end of season 2 get. After finishing both season 1 and 2 on ps3 i bought the telltale pack from the playstation store on ps4 to replay them in preparation for season 3 on the ps4 but when i start the game it says it was unable to find a save even though i finished season 1 and even have it downloaded with the save in the system storage management.. The store hasn't updated yet, but you can still search for and find the walking dead season 2. i just bought the season pass, and downloaded episode 1. while starting the episode it gives you the option to import the save from season 1, but it fails every time..
I downloaded season 2 of the walking dead today from the eu psn and when i try to start episode 1 it gives me a option to import my save from season 1. but every time i try it fails to find it despite the fact i have a complete save from season 1 and the dlc.. The walking dead uses the steam cloud sync feature. 2. if you log on to any other computer besides the computer you uploaded that save to the cloud from it will not detect the old save in order to progress to the second season.. Just change the name of the last save file from season 1 to "saveslot1.bundle". make sure you change the extension to *.bundle and that the folder with season 1 saves is in the correct place (documentstelltale gamesthe walking dead). after that the game should find the save file properly..
